One of the major problems facing the world today is environmental degradation. As the population in the world continues to increase, the resources in the earth continue to be depleted. This is because the resources remain the same but the people using them continue to grow. This outstretches them. For this reason, the world has been concerned with sustainable development and it is upon these principles that the Green Schools Westchester were formed.
