Chicken Pot Pie

Chicken Pot Pie Recipe:

3-4 lb chicken, cut into sections or pieces

Pie dough (see below) 1/4 cup of butter Salt and pepper 1 cup low-fat milk (do not use non-fat milk) 4 cups of chicken stock 8" baking dish or pie pan
