Pulsating in the Ears

There are a few different sorts of tinnitus. The most typical kind of tinnitus creates ringing within the ears. Pulsatile tinnitus is different as rather than a continuous ringing sound, the sound is a rhythmic pulsating in ear that continues at the same speed as the pulse.
