Using Subconscious thought to Change Conscious Behaviour

Neuroplasticity:

There are reasons for the things you decide to do, or not do. Frequently you may find yourself doing the thing you did not wish to do. While you may not always recognize your inducement, it is generally present. The motivators that are easily recognised are in your conscious awareness and those that are not, reside in your subconscious.

Here's where it becomes fuzzy for most folks. It is easier to tackle conscious behaviors than the ones that lie under the surface.
