Nuggets End Lakers Winning Streak At Nine
In a matchup of two NBA Western Conference teams in very good form, the Denver Nuggets denied the Los Angeles Lakers their 10th straight conquest by defeating the defensive World Champions 95-90 at the Staples Center on Sunday. The win increased Denver's winning streak to 6 games and helped solidify their lock on 5th position in the Western Conference standings.
