Although things are much less complicated to do nowadays, the way we do things still physically drags us down. Technology makes life effortless for us, but our lifestyle causes us more physical ache. A good case in point is computer use. Computers make it simpler for us to send mails to others as opposed to sending mails via snail mail. Our work is also made less complicated. But we feel physically stressed all the time because we merely spend all day sitting and looking at the computer screen
