If you are working in a regular office environment, it's easy to just buy food at a nearby fast food joint or just grab anything at the convenience store or vendo machine. You might not know it, but you may be spending on food that does very little to nurture your mind and body. Aim to eat healthily not just at home, but also while you're at work.
