Chaga Mushroom, a bug fungus that grows on birch trees, appears like the charred remains on its host tree. The fungus grows in the North Climates typically in Western Siberia, Poland and in North America. Unlike any other mushrooms that take substance from the forest floor, Chaga get their nutrients thru the living trees, and often kills the tree that hosted its existence.
Medical benefits of the mushroom had not been publicly known till results of studies in Russia, Europe, China and Japan
